Grace’s love of food, entertaining, presentation and hospitality has been with her from a young age. Over the past 45 years her outstanding career has seen her become one of our leading qualified butchers and a key figure within the West Australian Meat Industry.
Her outstanding career in the Australian Food Industry has taken her across Australia from managing the luxury Ski Lounge at Perth International Airport, providing exceptional quality food and drink to International clientele to teaching cookery classes, hosting demonstrations and judging cooking competitions.
Her national success led her to become one of our favourite Talk Back Radio Guest Presenters for Curtin Radio, educating people about food, sharing recipes and answering all those tricky cooking questions.
Over the past few years Grace has worked on opening and managing boutique cafes such an Sen Care and has seen the successful release of her debut Cook Book “The Butcher Who Loves to Bake” where she has lovingly shared the secrets of her delicious recipes and tips so people can create beautifully crafted food easily in their own homes. Grace’s love and passion for food is endless.
